Mandatory Charges Associated with Your Tenancy.

Holding Deposit - Equivalent to one weeks rent
This charge is payable per property and confirms your intent to proceed with the proposed tenancy. This payment is due prior to referencing for the property. This payment will be deducted from your move in monies should you be successful with an offer of tenancy for the property.
Deposit - Equivalent to 5 weeks rent
A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent will be held to protect your landlord should you fail to meet the obligations under your tenancy.
Your deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). No deductions can be made from your deposit at the end of your tenancy without your agreement and should you wish to dispute a claim you can do so using the DPS Dispute Resolution Service.
