Coronavirus (COVID-19): Temporary Alterations to Concierge Services


We appreciate that this is a worrying and uncertain time for everyone, and we want to reassure you that Hera will continue to do everything we can to support our customers over the coming weeks and months.


Having carefully considered Government guidelines on the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) health issue we have also discussed and agreed with the concierge contractors that we will continue to provide concierge services to your apartment block whilst it remains safe for our contractors to do so. There will be some changes to the normal service in order to limit exposure to residents and staff.


It is our intention to continue to provide the following services as a minimum and in line with Government guidance concierge will:


•Continue to be present, but in the reception area only

•Continue to support and assist but from the ground floor only and will observe social distancing guidance i.e. 2m distance

•Continue to report Health and Safety Issues

•Ensure that high traffic entrance areas remain clean

•Maintain security of the block whilst on duty


This approach, whilst enabling us to maintain concierge services for the time being does mean that following services will be suspended temporarily to help minimise risk:


•Concierge will no longer deliver parcels or packages to the front door of your apartment

•Concierge will not accept any deliveries and customers will be expected to collect parcels

•Delivery drivers will not be permitted past the ground floor reception area

•We will suspend storing items for customers, but exceptions can be made with prior agreement

These temporary procedures will continue for as long as it is possible to provide this service and in line with Government guidance, given contractor availability.

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this evolving time. We will closely monitor the situation, review and refine services and update residents as the situation progresses. If you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
