Our Response To The Coronavirus 19 March 2020
At Hera we have been working very hard to create the right responses to what is clearly a fast-moving situation. We have followed government advice on this issue to date and will continue to do so.
We would like to reassure all our customers that we remain open and are focused on delivering key services to our customers and have contingency plans in place to support this. Where appropriate members of staff are working from home, whilst ensuring that essential front-line services are still being provided.
All our team are ready to continue support customers thorough this difficult time. Our phone lines remain operational and will continue to be so but we would encourage you to email us on [email protected] to speak to our teams. Face to face visits are being rearranged or conducted digitally or on the phone and essential visits will take place whilst maintaining safe distances in line with Government advice. A range of useful information is also being shared on social media and digital channels. Hera will continue to work with our partners to provide block and estate management services and support our customers to manage their tenancies and to move into and out of their Hera Managed home.
We stand ready to work with you all to ensure that together we respond to this worldwide issue in a way which supports our customers and ensures we maintain critical services throughout this difficult time.
