At Hera we have been working very hard to create the right responses to what is clearly a fast-moving situation. We have followed government advice on this issue to date and will continue to do so.  We would like to reassure all our customers that we remain open and are focused on delivering key services to our customers and have contingency plans in place to support this.  Where appropriate members of staff are working from home, whilst ensuring that essential front-line services are still being provided.
